Azerbaijan, Ukraine discuss bilateral efforts to combat landmine threats PHOTO

Vugar Suleymanov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), held a meeting with Ukraine’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Yuriy Husyev, on 18 February.
The discussion focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation in combating the threat posed by landmines, a priority concern for both countries, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Agency's social media page.
The talks also addressed the implementation of a Memorandum of Understanding between ANAMA and Ukraine’s State Emergency Service, aimed at enhancing coordination and sharing expertise in mine clearance operations.
