Azerbaijan unveils development concept for Azikh cave Photo

A regular meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for addressing development issues in Azerbaijan’s liberated territories was held in Khojavend on March 16.

The session was chaired by Samir Nuriyev, Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan and head of the Coordination Headquarters, Caliber.Az reports via Azertag.

During their visit, members of the headquarters were briefed on the development infrastructure concept for Azikh Cave, one of the region’s most significant archaeological sites.

Officials were also updated on ongoing archaeological studies in the area, highlighting the government’s focus on preserving cultural heritage while advancing infrastructure and development projects.
