Azerbaijan, US push forward Strategic Partnership Charter implementation
Discussions have been held on opportunities for cooperation to realize the potential of the Strategic Partnership Charter signed between the United States and Azerbaijan, the US Embassy in Baku said in a post on X.
According to the statement, the American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan hosted a business luncheon attended by US Chargé d’Affaires in Azerbaijan Amy Carlon, State Department Senior Advisor Rebecca Neff, and US Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) Country Director Sarah Leming.

Participants discussed avenues for cooperation aimed at implementing the Strategic Partnership Charter between the United States and Azerbaijan.
The Charter was signed on February 10, 2026, during a visit by US Vice President JD Vance to Azerbaijan.
