Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan conduct command-staff exercise PHOTO

The armed forces of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan are jointly conducting the Computer-Assisted Command-Staff Exercise Maharat-2024 (Mastery).

The exercise is taking place at the War Games Center of the Azerbaijani Military Administration Institute in accordance with the Bilateral Cooperation Plan for 2024, signed between the Defence Ministries of the two countries, Caliber.Az reports via Azerbaijan’s Defence Ministry.

During the exercise, a duty analysis briefing is delivered, providing warning orders according to the scenario of the exercise, and the process of preparing the style of activities is being carried out.

The primary focus of the command-staff exercise is to enhance the interoperability of the Azerbaijani and Uzbek armies' operational units while improving their overall combat capabilities, with the exercise scheduled to continue until October 6.
