Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan enhance military-technical cooperation

On November 23, Azerbaijani Defence Industry Minister Vugar Mustafayev received a delegation headed by the Director of the Defence Industry Agency under the Ministry of Defence of Uzbekistan Mansurjon Ibodullayev, who is on an official visit to our country.

Defence Industry Ministry told Caliber.Az that during the meeting the sides exchanged views on the current state of relations between the two countries in the military-technical sphere, expansion of cooperation and other issues of mutual interest. They also highlighted a great potential for expansion of Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan ties in the military-technical sphere. In conclusion, an agreement was reached to develop a roadmap to identify prospects for further cooperation.
