Azerbaijan, Yemen strengthen legal ties Prosecutor generals discuss cooperation
Kamran Aliyev, the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, welcomed a delegation led by Qaher Ebrahim, his Yemeni counterpart to discuss prospects for cooperation.
The discussions, which took place at the Prosecutor General's Office, highlighted the fruitful collaboration between Azerbaijan and Yemen within the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Non-Aligned Movement, Caliber.Az reports.
Aliyev underscored the historical importance of Azerbaijan hosting the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, expressing optimism that the event will mark a pivotal advancement in the global efforts to combat climate change.
Qaher Ebrahim affirmed his commitment to further enhancing the bilateral relationship between the two nations.
The working visit by the Yemeni delegation is set to continue, focusing on strengthening cooperation in the legal sector and addressing mutual challenges.
