Azerbaijani ambassador meets with Pakistani Air Force top official
Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Pakistan Khazar Farhadov met on September 13 with the Commander of the Air Force of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Air Marshal Zahir Ahmad Babar Sidhu.
"Pleased to meet with Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu, Chief of the Air Staff of Pakistan Air Force. Exchanged views on the current level of Azerbaijan-Pakistan relations and the ways of further strengthening our bilateral relations, particularly in the military and military-technical fields," Akhundov wrote on X, Caliber.Az informs.
In the meantime, on the same day, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan discussed with his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amir Abdollahian issues of stability and security in the South Caucasus.
The negotiations took place as a continuation of the telephone conversation between Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Caliber.Az reports, citing the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry. The sides also discussed issues of bilateral relations, confirming mutual readiness to continue dialogue at various international platforms and in different formats.
