Azerbaijani Army puts troops through rigorous qualification exams PHOTO

Qualification examinations are currently underway across the Azerbaijani Army as part of the 2026 training plan approved by the country’s Defence Minister.

According to the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry, the examinations are designed to assess servicemen’s professional and physical readiness, as well as their theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to their duties, Caliber.Az reports.

The evaluations cover specialized military training and physical fitness, alongside the practical and theoretical skills required for effective performance in service.

The ministry said the examinations are aimed at strengthening the professionalism of military personnel, evaluating their knowledge and capabilities, and further enhancing the army’s overall combat readiness.
