Azerbaijani defence minister attends TEKNOFEST 2024 in Türkiye

Azerbaijani Defence Minister Col-Gen Zakir Hasanov, has embarked on a working visit to Türkiye at the invitation of the country's Minister of National Defence, Mr. Yaşar Güler.

The visit is centred around Colonel General Hasanov’s participation in TEKNOFEST 2024, an aerospace and technology festival held in Adana, Caliber.Az reports via the defence ministry.

TEKNOFEST is one of the most prominent events showcasing cutting-edge technology and aerospace advancements in Türkiye. Azerbaijan’s participation highlights the deepening cooperation between the two nations, particularly in the fields of defence and innovation.

During his visit, Colonel General Hasanov is scheduled to meet with his Turkish counterpart, Minister Yaşar Güler. The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss military collaboration and mutual strategic interests, further strengthening the already robust defence ties between Azerbaijan and Türkiye.
