Azerbaijani delegation attended Pezeshkian’s UN address despite false reports

The Azerbaijani delegation was present in the hall during Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian’s address to the United Nations on September 23, contrary to claims that the delegation had left the session during his speech.

According to information circulated in open sources, the US representative left the hall during Pezeshkian’s address to the UN General Assembly. The Israeli delegation was also reportedly absent from the Iranian president’s speech.

However, reports claiming that the Azerbaijani delegation was not present in the hall are untrue.
