Azerbaijani Deputy MoD condoles with Turkish consul general in Nakhchivan over deadly quake PHOTO

Azerbaijani Deputy Defence Minister, Col. Gen. Karam Mustafayev, the commander of the Independent Combined Arms Army, has met with the Turkish Consul General Asip Kaya in Nakhchivan.

During the meeting at the Turkish Consulate General, Mustafayev expressed his condolences for the deaths and injuries caused by the massive earthquake in Türkiye, Report informs.

For his part, Kaya thanked him for his support.

The Consulate General was also visited by Nakhchivan’s Justice Minister Dashgin Rahimov, and Vusal Alekberli, Head of a Nakhchivan-based department of Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry. They expressed condolences to the dead and wished healing to the wounded.
