Azerbaijani embassy hosts charity event in Peru PHOTO

The Embassy of Azerbaijan in Peru, in cooperation with the Peru–Azerbaijan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group, has organised a charity event for children from low-income families.

According to the diplomatic mission, embassy representatives, together with a member of the friendship group and Peruvian MP Rosangella Barbarán, distributed festive gifts to children living in the Las Lomas de Nueva Esperanza community in the Comas district of Lima, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

Local authorities and residents welcomed the initiative, praising the event and expressing gratitude to the Government of Azerbaijan for its support and attention to vulnerable families.
