In the margins of his official visit to Kuwait, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov visited the Al-Salam Palace Museum, a prominent symbol of national heritage that offers a comprehensive overview of Kuwait’s historical and cultural development.
The Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated on X page, Caliber.Az reports.
To recall, Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has commenced an official visit to Kuwait, with key meetings scheduled for April 30 with Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Ali Al Yahya, along with other high-level discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral ties.
During the visit, the third session of the Joint Commission on Cooperation between the governments of Azerbaijan and Kuwait will be held, with Bayramov presiding.
Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Yalchin Rafiyev highlighted the importance of such visits in enhancing relations and revealed that President Ilham Aliyev had invited Kuwait's Emir, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, to visit Azerbaijan. Rafiyev expressed hope that the Emir would visit later this year.
The last session of the intergovernmental commission was held in Baku on February 14, 2013.
