Azerbaijani FM: Peace process cannot be hostage to format

Azerbaijan's priority is the process of normalization of relations with Armenia and ensuring sustainable peace in the region. This process cannot be held hostage to the format.

Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov made the remark at a joint press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, responding to the journalist's question about the fate of the OSCE Minsk Group, Report says.

According to him, the Azerbaijani side did not refuse contact with the Minsk Group: "We were waiting for a vision of their future role from the Minsk Group."
