Azerbaijani FM, UNESCAP chief discuss expansion of cooperation agenda
Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with the Executive Secretary of the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP), Armida Salsiah Alisjahbana, on the sidelines of the 82nd session of the Commission in Bangkok, where discussions covered current cooperation and future prospects.
According to a post by the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry on X, the sides highlighted Azerbaijan’s growing role in regional and international platforms.

They also discussed opportunities for joint initiatives in energy, transport, digitalisation, trade facilitation, green growth, and human capital development.
