Azerbaijani FM, Uzbek counterpart condemn terrorist attack on embassy in Iran during phone talk

Uzbek Acting Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov had a phone talk with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in connection with the terrorist act committed against the embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Islamic Republic of Iran on January 27.

Saidov condemned this act, expressed condolences to the family of the victim and fraternal people of Azerbaijan, as well as expressed solidarity with the Azerbaijani side, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told APA.

Bayramov expressed gratitude to his Uzbek counterpart and noted that the Azerbaijani side would do its best to bring to justice and punish those responsible for this crime as soon as possible.
