Azerbaijani foreign minister meets outgoing Kyrgyz ambassador

On 21 June 2024, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov received Kairat Osmonaliyev, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Azerbaijan, in connection with the conclusion of his diplomatic service in the country.

The meeting highlighted the deepening strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, the expansion of political contacts, and the growing cooperation between their leaders, Caliber.Az reports, citing the press service of the Foreign Ministry.

Minister Bayramov expressed his gratitude to Osmonaliyev for his efforts in fostering strategic partnership relations during his tenure and wished him success in his future endeavors.

The discussion underscored the satisfaction with the brotherly and friendly relations, solidarity, and mutual support between the two nations, forming the foundation for bilateral and multilateral cooperation.

There was an emphasis on the wide-ranging prospects for collaboration, particularly in areas such as mutual investments, transport, and communications, highlighting the necessity to leverage existing potential.

The growing dynamics within regional and international organizations, including the Organisation of Turkic States, were also praised.

Minister Bayramov expressed his appreciation for Kyrgyzstan's support in Azerbaijan's reconstruction and peace efforts.

Ambassador Osmonaliyev, in turn, thanked for the support provided during his tenure and expressed confidence in the continued development of the strategic partnership between the two countries.
