Azerbaijani, German top diplomats focus on peace process between Baku, Yerevan

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov held a telephone conversation with German counterpart Annalena Baerbock.

The top diplomats discussed the current state of and prospects for Azerbaijan-Germany bilateral relations. The FMs also touched upon the current situation in the region and discussed the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, the ministry told Caliber.Az.

Bayramov informed Baerbock in detail about the talks with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held in Almaty on May 10-11.

The importance of the agreements reached between Baku and Yerevan in the recent period and the confidence-building measures undertaken was underlined.
