Azerbaijani government endorses number of staff of arms manufacturer

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has approved the charter, structure, and number of employees of the closed joint-stock company Defense-Industrial Holding Azarsilah.

Caliber.Az reports that the maximum number of employees of Azarsilah is set at 118 staff units.

Under the charter, CJSC is a commercial legal entity engaged in the production, export, and sale of weapons, the attraction of investments, production, and human resources, introduction of modern production technologies in this sphere, and operates under the Ministry of Defense Industry of Azerbaijan.

The authorized capital of CJSC is AZN500 million, and all shares of Azarsilah belong to the state. General management and control of Azarsilah’s activities is carried out by the Supervisory Board consisting of 3 persons.
