Azerbaijani, Italian official discuss stress momentum in political dialogue Photo
Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Lorenzo Fontana, President of the Chamber of Deputies of Italy, as part of his official visit to the country, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The discussions focused on the strategic partnership between Italy and Azerbaijan, with both officials highlighting the strong momentum in political dialogue and the importance of further expanding inter-parliamentary cooperation, Caliber.Az reports.

According to the ministry, Bayramov and Fontana also underscored the value of continued collaboration in energy, trade, cultural, and humanitarian fields—areas seen as vital to promoting shared interests and contributing to regional stability.
Bayramov briefed the Italian parliamentary leader on the current situation in the South Caucasus during the post-conflict period, the statement added.
