Azerbaijani, Kazakh interior ministers ink memorandum VIDEO
A memorandum was signed between the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
The delegation headed by Kazakh Interior Minister, Police Col-Gen Marat Ahmetzhanov arrived in Azerbaijan with a two-day official visit, Report informs via the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Akhmetzhanov and his entourage laid wreath to the monument of Heydar Aliyev and paid tribute to the memory of the great leader.
On the same day, Azerbaijani Interior Minister Col-Gen Vilayat Eyvazov received his Kazakh colleague and the delegation headed by him.
During the meeting, the ministers signed a "Memorandum between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The meeting was attended by Azerbaijani Ambassador to Kazakhstan Aghalar Atamoglanov, Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Azerbaijan Serzhan Abdykarimov and representative of the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry in Kazakhstan, Police Col-Lt Anvar Zohrabbeyli.
As part of the visit the guests visited the one of the military units of the Interior Ministry troops, the Police Academy, the Security Service of the city and the "Call Center 102", where they were introduced to the activities of these structures.
