Azerbaijani MPs to attend NATO PA seminar in Türkiye
A delegation of Azerbaijani parliamentarians is set to take part in a NATO Parliamentary Assembly (PA) seminar in Türkiye later this month, according to the Milli Majlis press service.
On April 27, members of Azerbaijan’s National Assembly will travel to Antalya to attend a joint seminar hosted by the NATO PA’s Economics and Security Committee and the Mediterranean and Middle East Special Group, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
The Azerbaijani delegation will be led by Ramid Namazov, Chair of the Temporary Commission on Countering External Interference and Hybrid Threats and Head of the NATO PA delegation. He will be joined by fellow MPs Samir Valiyev and Javanshir Feyziyev, participating under the auspices of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TÜRKPA).
The event will focus on a range of global and regional issues, including ongoing conflicts, Türkiye’s foreign and security policy priorities, and efforts to bolster NATO partnerships in the region.
The visit is expected to conclude on May 1.
