Azerbaijani MPs to travel to Kazakhstan for referendum observation

A group of Azerbaijani parliament (Milli Majlis) deputies will monitor voting in Almaty and Astana during Kazakhstan’s nationwide referendum on the adoption of a new constitution, scheduled for March 15.
In Astana, the observation team will include Milli Majlis Deputy Speaker Ziyafat Asgarov, as well as deputies Bakhtiyar Aliyev (CIS Interparliamentary Assembly), Fariz Ismailzade (CIS Executive Committee), and Malahat Ibrahimgizi (Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-Speaking States, TurkPA), Caliber.Az reports via local media.
In Almaty, deputy Tamam Jafarova (TurkPA) will serve as the observer.
