Azerbaijani NGOs discuss predatory mining in Armenia PHOTO

A panel discussion named "Environmental Consequences of Armenian Mining Industry" was held on the second day of the Azerbaijan Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) Cooperation Forum in Azerbaijan's Zangilan District. 

About 200 NGO representatives took part in the discussions, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

Ayaz Mirzayev, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Journalists Network Public Association, moderated the panel discussions.

Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan Amin Mammadov, President of the Foundation for Promotion of Entrepreneurship and Market Economy Sabit Bagirov, Chairman of the Public Association "Cartographers of Azerbaijan" Mugabil Bayramov, chairman of the student youth organisation of Nakhchivan State University Aziz Gasimov took part in the discussions.
