According to him, according to international law, mines should not be used against the civilian population: “Mine-laying is regarded as a threat to people's lives. Armenia has not yet provided mine maps. After the war, mines killed and injured many people. More than 300,000 mines have been found, including other unexploded ordnance. The percentage of accuracy of the maps presented by the Armenians is very low - 25-30 per cent.”
