Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation to attend Black Sea economic cooperation assembly
A delegation from Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis (parliament) will travel to Georgia to participate in the 67th General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PA BSEC), according to the parliament’s Press and Public Relations Department.
The delegation will be led by Eldar Guliyev, head of the Milli Majlis delegation to the PA BSEC and chairman of the parliament’s Audit Commission. Other members include Musa Guliyev, chair of the Committee on Labour and Social Policy; Eldar Ibragimov, chair of the Disciplinary Commission; and members of parliament Kamran Bayramov and Sabina Salmanova, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
The assembly will focus on the theme, "Artificial Intelligence for Regional Cooperation: Innovation, Connectivity, and Sustainable Development in the Black Sea Region." Participants are also expected to discuss organisational matters, while the organisation's committees will hold separate meetings during the event.
According to the Milli Majlis, the Azerbaijani delegation will present its views on the issues under discussion and take part in the assembly's proceedings.
The visit is scheduled to begin on June 28 and conclude on July 2.
