Azerbaijani president approves unified register for small & medium-sized businesses Presidential decree

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree approving the Regulation "On the unified register of subjects of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses".

Under the decree, the Small and Medium-sized Business Development Agency has been tasked with organizing, maintaining, and ensuring the effective utilization of the unified register of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses. Additionally, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport has been instructed to facilitate the placement of the register in the "government cloud".
