Azerbaijani president fulfils young girl’s tractor wish after village visit VIDEO

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has fulfilled the wish of a young girl who asked him for a tractor during his visit to the liberated village of Kichik Galaderesi in the Shusha district.

The tractor requested by little Guler, a member of the Asadov family, has now been delivered to her family, according to a video report by Azerbaijan Television (AzTV), Caliber.Az reports.

Aliyev visited Kichik Galaderesi on July 11 to inspect reconstruction work and meet residents who had returned to the village under Azerbaijan’s “Great Return” resettlement programme.

During his conversation with the family of local resident Asad Asadov, little Guler asked the president to give her a tractor. Her request was later fulfilled, with the vehicle handed over to the Asadov family.

In the first phase of the resettlement programme, 15 families comprising 51 people returned to Kichik Galaderesi. The government says the resettlement process in the village will continue through the end of the year.
