Azerbaijani president's aide discusses regional developments with Lithuanian envoy

The Azerbaijani president’s aide, Hikmet Hajiyev, has met with the Lithuanian Ambassador to Baku to discuss Azerbaijan’s growing regional role and its relations with the EU.

“Today Lithuania's Ambassador met with Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration., H.E. Hikmet Hajiyev, and discussed Azerbaijan’s growing regional role, the bilateral relations, the EU-Azerbaijan relations, Ukraine, regional developments,” Caliber.Az quotes the embassy as saying in a post on X.

“The meeting took place after the very intense month of Summits when Azerbaijan was on the forefront of regional diplomacy,” the embassy wrote.
