Azerbaijani presidential aide hosts outgoing Polish ambassador for farewell meeting

Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, met with Polish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Rafał Poborski to mark the conclusion of his diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan.

The Polish Embassy shared details of the meeting on its social media page, Caliber.Az reports.

"A friendly meeting and an interesting farewell conversation between Ambassador Rafał Poborski and Hikmet Hajiyev - Advisor to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Affairs Department in the Presidential Administration. H. Hajiyev emphasized the good Poland-Azerbaijan relations," the post reads.

It should be noted that Poborki started his tenure as ambassador in 2020.
