Azerbaijani rocket, artillery units fulfil firing tasks VIDEO

The Azerbaijani Army's Rocket and Artillery Troops units have fulfilled firing tasks.

The drills are held as part of the 2023 training plan approved by the Azerbaijan defence minister, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Defence Ministry’s press service.

The units, which were withdrawn from the points of permanent deployment to assembly areas, carried out the tasks of occupying firing positions, training and combat use of installations.

During the drills, the units carried out live firing from multiple launch rocket systems.

The main objectives of the drills are improving the managerial skills of the commanders of the rocket and artillery units, increasing the knowledge and skills of servicemen, as well as planning activities during combat operations, and developing interoperability with other types of troops.
