Azerbaijani troops complete new phase of EFES-2026 drills

Servicemen of Azerbaijan have completed another phase of tasks during the multinational EFES-2026 exercises being held in Türkiye.

According to Caliber.Az, citing the Telegram channel of the Azerbaijan Defence Ministry, the drills were conducted in line with the exercise plan at the “Kartal” military camp.

The activities involved servicemen from Azerbaijan, Libya, Hungary, Mongolia, Niger, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Romania, Syria, North Macedonia, Türkiye, and Zambia.

During this stage of the exercises, participating forces successfully practised combat operations in urban environments.

Azerbaijani servicemen demonstrated a high level of professionalism while carrying out the assigned tasks and showed effective coordination with military contingents from the other participating countries.
