Azerbaijani troops conduct mountain training at EFES-2026 drills VIDEO

Azerbaijani servicemen have taken part in mountain training and underground search operations during the ongoing EFES-2026 drills in Türkiye.

According to Azerbaijan’s Defence Ministry, cited by Caliber.Az, the latest phase of the multinational exercise involved troops from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Albania, Niger, Nigeria and Romania.

Participants conducted search operations in caves, shelters and tunnels, alongside specialised mountain training exercises.

The drills are being held under conditions designed to closely simulate real combat scenarios. Azerbaijani troops demonstrated a high level of professionalism in executing their assigned tasks during this stage of the exercise.
