Azerbaijani, Turkish navies honing skills in Doğu Akdeniz−2025 drills Alongside U.S. and Pakistani units / PHOTO

Azerbaijan took part in the Doğu Akdeniz−2025 (Eastern Mediterranean−2025) military exercises held in İzmir, Türkiye.

Alongside Turkish forces, the drills included a group of personnel from the Azerbaijani Navy, a U.S. counter-terrorism security unit, and a Pakistani naval patrol aircraft, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence.

During the drills, the participating forces demonstrated a high level of professionalism while completing the assigned tasks.

Notably, military personnel from nineteen other countries participated as observers in the exercises.
