Azerbaijanis to protest Armenian provocations peacefully in New York

A rally will be held in front of the UN headquarters in New York to protest against the large-scale provocation committed on September 12 and 13 by the Armenian armed forces on the border with Azerbaijan.

According to Report's US bureau, the peaceful rally will be held at the initiative of Azerbaijanis living in New York.

The purpose of the action is to bring the truth about what happened on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border to the attention of the delegates of states and governments, diplomats participating in the high-level week of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly, as well as to draw the attention of the local and international community to Armenian provocations.

The security of Azerbaijanis during the action is said to be provided by the New York police.
