Baku, Ankara strengthen cooperation in religious affairs

Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov met with Safi Arpaguş, Chairman of the Religious Affairs Department of Türkiye, to discuss deepening ties in the religious sector.

The meeting highlighted the importance of Arpaguş’s participation in the Second Forum of Azerbaijani Religious Figures held in Baku, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Cabinet of Ministers.

Officials discussed cooperation between the two countries in the religious sector, emphasising the need to deepen ties, expand experience sharing, and address issues of mutual interest.
