Baku, Astana chart next phase of military cooperation PHOTO

The defence ministries of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan have held staff-level talks in Baku to discuss the current state of and future prospects for military cooperation between the two countries.
The meeting, held at the International Military Cooperation Department of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defence, focused on bilateral defence ties and a range of issues of mutual interest, Caliber.Az reports, citing Azerbaijan's Defence Ministry.
The sides exchanged views on ongoing military cooperation and discussed prospects for further developing relations between the two defence establishments.
The participants also reviewed the bilateral military cooperation plan for 2027 and addressed questions of mutual interest during the meeting.
