Baku, Caracas explore closer ties at Antalya Diplomacy Forum

Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, held a meeting with Venezuela’s Deputy Foreign Minister on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF 2026).

According to Caliber.Az, Hajiyev shared details of the meeting in a post on his official social media page.

"Pleased to meet with Ms. Andrea Corao Faria, Vice Foreign Minister of Venezuela on the sidelines of Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2026.

We held a productive exchange on Azerbaijan–Venezuela relations and opportunities to further strengthen bilateral cooperation," he wrote.
