Baku Expo Centre hosts major Chinese business exhibition With over 70 companies attending
The 3rd “International Azerbaijan Exhibition of Chinese Companies and Automobiles" has officially opened at the Baku Expo Centre, showcasing a diverse array of products from more than 70 Chinese companies.
The exhibition, which will run until September 19, features a wide range of goods including consumer products, household appliances, auto parts, and construction tools and materials, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
The primary objective of this exhibition is to facilitate Chinese entrepreneurs' entry into the Azerbaijani market. The event is designed to enhance trade and economic relations between Azerbaijan and China, providing a strategic platform for business interaction and knowledge exchange.
In his opening remarks, Vugar Zeynalov, Vice-President of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK), emphasized the significance of such exhibitions in fortifying trade ties between the two nations. He highlighted that the event fosters a favorable environment for business collaboration and experience sharing.
Hikmat Mammadov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMDA) under the Ministry of Economy, underscored the exhibition as a testament to the strong bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and China. Mammadov expressed optimism that the event will lead to fruitful agreements and partnerships through bilateral meetings held during the exhibition.
