Pakistani defence delegation visits Azerbaijan for military education talks PHOTO

A delegation from Pakistan’s National Defence University, including participants of the National Security and War Course-26 and academic staff, has visited Azerbaijan.

The guests first visited the Alley of Martyrs, where they laid flowers at the graves of those who gave their lives for the country’s independence, territorial integrity, and sovereignty, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Ministry of Defence.

A meeting was then held between the Pakistani delegation and the Rector of the National Defence University of Azerbaijan, Major General Gunduz Abdulov.

The meeting highlighted the dynamic development of relations between Baku and Islamabad, and discussions focused on expanding cooperation in military education and other areas of mutual interest

The delegation also received a briefing on ongoing reforms in military education and science. The visit concluded with the exchange of commemorative gifts and a group photograph.
