Baku military court examines evidence of killings by Armenian armed forces
The Baku Military Court continued its hearing on October 10, focusing on examining evidence related to those killed and missing as a result of attacks by Armenian armed forces on Azerbaijani territory.
During the session, the court reviewed a range of documents detailing criminal offenses, including statistical data provided by state agencies on casualties and the extent of destruction caused during the occupation. The evidence covered damage to administrative and residential buildings, the environment, religious and cultural monuments, and other infrastructure, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
The documents presented were sourced from various Azerbaijani ministries, committees, agencies, as well as district and city executive authorities.
The Armenian citizens on trial are accused of serious crimes, including crimes against peace and humanity, war crimes such as the preparation and waging of aggressive war, genocide, violations of the laws and customs of war, terrorism, financing of terrorism, violent seizure and retention of power, among numerous other charges.
