Baku, Tbilisi reaffirm strategic partnership in Istanbul talks
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has held talks with his Georgian counterpart Maka Botchorishvili on the sidelines of the 10th Trilateral Meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Türkiye in Istanbul, to discuss strategic partnership between the two nations.
The information was shared in a post by the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister on X, Caliber.Az reports.
"Pleased to meet with Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili on the margins of the 10th Trilateral Meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Türkiye in Istanbul.
We discussed the strong Azerbaijan–Georgia strategic partnership, cooperation in energy, transport and connectivity, as well as regional developments.
We reaffirmed our commitment to advancing joint projects and further strengthening cooperation for the prosperity and stability of our region," the statement by the ministry said.
