Baku, Yerevan discuss potential export of agricultural, industrial goods from Armenia
Yerevan and Baku are holding negotiations on the potential export of a range of Armenian products to Azerbaijan, Armenia’s Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan said.
According to him, those exports include aluminium foil, raw materials for aluminium foil production, ferromolybdenum, domestic animals, cognac raw materials, tobacco, and textile products, Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media.
He noted that Azerbaijani companies had expressed interest in importing specific categories of goods. He noted that the Azerbaijani side had submitted a list of products it was interested in, to which Armenia had responded by indicating the volumes it could export.
Papoyan added that Armenia’s export list also included roses and greenhouse-grown agricultural products such as tomatoes and peppers.
