Baykar CEO highlights growing Azerbaijan–Türkiye defence cooperation

Azerbaijan and Türkiye continue to strengthen cooperation in the defence industry, Turkish defence company Baykar CEO Haluk Bayraktar has stated.

Speaking to journalists at the SAHA 2026 defence, aviation and space industry exhibition in Istanbul, he said several leading Turkish companies, including Baykar, Roketsan and ASELSAN, are implementing joint production and investment projects in Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

Bayraktar added that, as part of cooperation with Baykar, some products are being manufactured at facilities established in Azerbaijan.
