Bodies of six Azerbaijani soldiers handed over to Baku

The bodies of six Azerbaijanis tortured and killed by the Armenian military during the September border escalation have been handed over to Azerbaijan.

Head of the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor-General’s Office Nemat Avazov made the remarks at a joint briefing held by the Prosecutor-General's Office and the Foreign Ministry in Baku on October 6, Caliber.Az reports.

Images of the Azerbaijani soldiers have recently been circulated online.

Avazov recalled that the investigation team continues to investigate other materials distributed on social networking platforms.

To recap, the joint briefing is devoted to crimes committed by the Armenian Armed Forces and illegal Armenian armed groups against Azerbaijan from 1988 to the present day.
