Ministry: Bulgaria applauds breakthrough in Azerbaijan-Armenia peace talks

Bulgaria has expressed its support for the successful conclusion of negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, marking a significant step toward peace and stability in the region.

“It is time for lasting peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan, stability and economic progress for the peoples of the South Caucasus. Bulgaria welcomes the long-awaited conclusion of the negotiations for a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan and expects both sides to sign and ratify the agreement soon,” Caliber.Az reports via the ministry’s message on X.

On March 13, the Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministries issued a statement announcing the conclusion of negotiations on the draft Agreement on Peace and the Establishment of Interstate Relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
