Cambodia looks to adopt Azerbaijan's ASAN Xidmət model PHOTO
Cambodia is interested in adopting the experience of Azerbaijan's ASAN Xidmət public service model, with plans to make use of its expertise in the near future, State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan, has said.
The issue was discussed during the visit to Azerbaijan of a delegation led by Cambodia's Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Chea Vandeth, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
As part of the visit, the Cambodian delegation toured an ASAN Xidmət centre, where Chairman of the State Agency Ulvi Mehdiyev presented the ASAN Xidmət model, which was established on the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev.
Mehdiyev briefed the visitors on the citizen satisfaction-based approach that underpins the ASAN Xidmət model and outlined the innovative solutions employed in the delivery of public services across Azerbaijan.
The delegation was also introduced to several institutions operating under the ASAN umbrella in Baku, including the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Centre, Bilim Baku, the Mobile ASAN Service, the 108 Call Centre, and ASAN TV/Radio.
