A delegation from Chad has expressed interest in adopting Azerbaijan’s ASAN Service public service model following a visit aimed at exploring the country’s digital governance and innovation systems.

The delegation, led by Chad’s Minister of Economy, Finance, Budget and International Cooperation Tahir Hamid Nguilin, visited Azerbaijan to study the operation of the ASAN Service network, according to the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports via local media

During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the structure and functions of ASAN Service centres. Deputy Chairman of the agency Jeyhun Salmanov provided detailed information on ongoing projects and the role of innovation in improving public service delivery.

Officials also presented various technological solutions currently used within ASAN Service operations, which are designed to streamline administrative procedures and enhance efficiency in citizen services.

The Chadian delegation expressed strong interest in applying elements of Azerbaijan’s ASAN model in their own country as part of broader public sector reform efforts.

As part of the visit, the delegation also familiarised itself with several Azerbaijani innovation and public service initiatives, including the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Centre, Mobile ASAN Service units, the ABAD public legal entity, and the Bilim Baku education centre.
