China sends senior envoy Zhang Guoqing to Azerbaijan for WUF13

Chinese President Xi Jinping’s Special Representative, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, Zhang Guoqing, will visit Azerbaijan. 

According to China’s Foreign Ministry, the visit will take place on May 17-18 for participation in the Leaders’ Summit of the 13th World Urban Forum (WUF13).
