Commander of Azerbaijani Land Forces meets Turkish delegation PHOTO

Azerbaijani Deputy Defence Minister, Commander of the Land Forces Lieutenant General Enver Efendiyev met with the delegation led by the Turkish National Defence University Rector, Professor Erhan Afyoncu.

The Ministry of Defence told Caliber.Az that during the meeting Enver Efendiyev emphasized that bilateral military cooperation between Azerbaijan and Türkiye is based on friendly and brotherly relations. Views were exchanged on further expansion of military education within the framework of joint cooperation as well as on a number of topics of mutual interest.

Then guests were briefed on the history of the establishment and the main directions of activities of the command of the Land Forces.

The Turkish delegation was also briefed on the work of the Combat Command Centre of the Land Forces.
